Fun Family

I recently shot this fun little family in Grapevine. These kids were characters, each having completely different personalities. Ha! It was hilarious trying to get them all looking at the camera....only happened a few times! But I like it that way, its more fun, more challenging, and I think the pictures show more of their personalities! We had a great time, and they even brought along this cool truck for some fun shots too!

Need a Mac Guru ASAP!

So I upgraded from my faithful Tiger to the Leopard and now I can't get my stinking email to work! I have tried everything and it won't load. I host with BluDomain and they say they can't help me. I have been through this before, but unfortunately nothing is working this time around. Need someone who actually likes computers to help me! I'll send a Starbucks gift card (or another of your choice) to the person that can help me get it running!

Jeremy and Lori's Wedding!

Lori and I go back...way back....all the way to Hardin- Simmons University. But we really became better friends once we were in the same Small Group at our Church. Lori has loved Jeremy for a very long time, and I am so stinkin' glad they are finally man and wife! Yeah! They got married at a super cool new venue in Coppell, TX called the Piazza in the Village. We didn't get to use the venue to its full glory, because the rain decided to make a grand appearance on the wedding day. boo. But Jeremy and Lori still said "I do" in one of the most blissful and soul-stirring ceremonies I've witnessed in a long time! These two were just so grateful to have been blessed with each other! Congratulations! I am so happy for the two of you!

I love this picture of their First Dance ( on the left). I don't know why, because you can't see much of their faces. I guess because I can just see how happy Lori is, even from just her eyes.

Christmas Cards!

So my new friend Adrienne asked about Christmas Cards, which prompted this post. I almost forgot to even post this! I haven't ever done these before, but decided this was the year! I am offering customizable Christmas Cards this year, with 3-4 templates to choose from (unless I just happen to get on a creative streak!). All orders must be placed by November 6th!

$4.00 per card for the first 25...... HALF OFF every box of 25 after that! ENVELOPES are INCLUDED.

Give Me Moore

Last week I headed to Ruston, LA for a one on one workshop with Kelly Moore! (Sorry, can't get the link to work: www.kellymoorephotography.com) It was a packed 8 hours, and a LONG 2 days drive in the rain! But I made it and I am so glad I did! Kelly taught me so much and gave me the kick in the pants to stretch myself a little more! Brandi rocked it out in styling our shoot and model. And of course, Amber is just gorgeous and moves like she graduated America's Top Model. Thanks also to Mark and Kami, my sweet friends who let me crash at their place in Tyler. It was an amazing two days!

Lori's Bridal

Lori was married a couple of weeks ago, and I realized I hadn't been able to post her bridals! She chose a fab-u-lous location, and we had a great time staying out of the heat while we got some fun images. I have to give a great big shout out to Lisa Jones, who did the makeup for this session! She did an amazing job!

Lori brought in Jeremy's (her fiance'...now husband) motorcycle to do a few shots, which was really fun and sweet!


I think this is one of the last shots of the day, when I was just playing. I never got exactly what I was going for, but for some reason I kind of like this shot!

Titus

Again, I don't do many babies, but its been a nice change lately to do something a little different. So here's another baby session with sweet Titus. And yes, Titus has a faux hawk! My husband says that Titus is the first newborn he's ever seen who actually has a "hairstyle!" Yep, he's a cutie and here are my faves:
